Advance booking & box office
You can order tickets easily and conveniently via Reservix. Tickets can either be printed out directly or sent by post. Tickets for Enjoy Jazz are also available at all known advance booking offices.
The box office opens at most venues one hour prior to the start of the event.
Festival Pass & Young Card
The festival pass offers you the possibility to visit different concerts of your choice.
For concert visitors up to the age of 25 we offer an Enjoy Jazz Young Card. This offers admission to a total of 5 concerts.
Ticket information & arrival
Your admission ticket with the VRN Kombi-Ticket logo printed on it is also a ticket for the Rhine-Neckar transport network on the day of the event.
Tickets for concerts at the Kulturzentrum dasHaus (Ludwigshafen) can be purchased at www.dashaus-lu.de or at all known Reservix advance booking offices.
For concerts at the BASF Feierabendhaus and BASF Gesellschaftshaus Ludwigshafen, tickets are available via the BASF webshop (phone: 0621 6099911) / directly from BASF.

Discounts
Rail discounts
On presentation of a Rhineland-Palatinate ticket valid for the day or a VRN day ticket, you will receive a 10% discount on the box office price at the evening box office.
Newspaper discounts
With the RNZett card of the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung and the MORGENCARD of the Mannheimer Morgen, you receive a 10% discount at all newspaper-owned VVK points.
With the RheinpfalzCard of the Rheinpfalz Zeitung you also receive a 10% discount on all concerts in Ludwigshafen. Only one reduced ticket per discount card can be purchased per concert.
SWR 2 discount card
On presentation of your SWR 2 Kulturkarte you will receive a 10% discount at the box office.
Kulturparkett participation
Kulturparkett Rhein-Neckar is a Mannheim-based project that gives people with little or no income access to cultural events. The aim of the initiative is to enable these citizens to participate more in cultural and social life. To this end, we offer a monthly contingent of four free tickets to various events for Kulturpass holders.
