In 2017, Enjoy Jazz joined the international Keychange initiative. The network campaigns for more sustainability in the music industry and in particular for gender equality. Whereby it is generally true that something is moving. But it is still moving too slowly. To counteract this, we are presenting exclusively women-led ensembles in our kick-off week.
