Yesterday, Thursday, October 2, 2025, the opening concert of the 27th Enjoy Jazz took place. French-Lebanese trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf performed before an audience of 1,300 at the sold-out BASF Feierabendhaus in Ludwigshafen. Maalouf, accompanied by an 11-piece ensemble, presented the energetic songs from his latest album, “The Trumpets of Michel-Ange.” The rousing show on stage had the audience on their feet from the very first song, “The Proposal,” turning the opening concert into one big party right from the start. After a wildly acclaimed 90-minute set, the concert concluded with “True Sorry,” Ibrahim Maalouf’s biggest hit.
