Using melodies from the prayer book of the Mannheim synagogue destroyed in 1938, the Israeli musician Emmanuel Witzthum has composed the symphony "Verweile doch du bist so schön" for Enjoy Jazz and will premiere it together with the Ensemble Modern at the Nationaltheater Mannheim on 4 June 2022. SWR television has produced and broadcast a report on the project.
