For the otherwise prolific musician, who enjoys worldwide success not only as a solo artist but also as part of the trio Moderat with Modeselektor, this suddenly became a challenge. The solution? Let go of the drive for perfection! Instead, between March and September of last year, Ring set himself the goal of developing one song idea every day, no matter how unfinished it might be.
