From heavy metal to hardcore to jazz and ambient: the musical development of Bohren & Der Club of Gore is probably quite unique. Since 1988, the trio from Mühlheim an der Ruhr has been creating instrumental horror soundtracks. Or as they call it: "doom-ridden jazz music," "detective jazz," or alternatively "boring instrumental music."
