Encore: Shalosh + Guy Mintus Trio

Over the course of the Enjoy Jazz history, friendships have repeatedly developed between artists and the festival in mutual trust, which led to a separate series at the anniversary festival and are also worth two separate days at the Encore events. The first will feature the shooting stars of Shalosh, whose irrepressible love of playing makes them a rousing live event and whose edgy stubbornness is reminiscent of festival favorites such as Bad Plus or Medeski, Martin & Wood. Also in the trio is pianist Guy Mintus, who has long since made a name for himself in New York and has recently written very successfully for large orchestras. Mintus is the ultimate combination of a classically trained pianist with the energy of a rock star and the adventurous spirit of a jazz musician.
