He owes his warm, swinging playing to collaborations with Chucho Valdés or Harold López-Nussa. He has appeared on renowned festival stages and performed in legendary clubs around the world. His album debut as a leader was awarded the prize of the Cubadisco Music Festival 2019, an accolade.
