Sonic Session: The world is sound

Just as matter consists of vibrations, music also consists of vibrations and resonances. This event is dedicated to listening and breathing as an approach to flow, improvisation and deceleration. Live music, improvised via soundscapes, drones and guided participatory impulses, enables an acoustic reset that reduces fatigue, promotes creativity, strengthens personal awareness and promotes mental and spiritual well-being.
As in a jazz ensemble, participants will have the opportunity to embrace the unexpected, transform sound environments into discoveries and be present together in a space of creative freedom. The sonic immersion is intended to bring body and soul into a state of emotional awareness and reconnect the mind with that which is closest to us.
