To mark the 25th anniversary of Enjoy Jazz , BASF Enjoy Jazz a world premiere Enjoy Jazz in november 2023 in front of a sold-out audience: the summit meeting of two giants of European jazz, Nik Bärtsch ("style-defining," FAZ) and Tania Giannouli ("hypnotic," UK Jazz News). Both have now also caused a sensation in the USA, the motherland of jazz, with their expansion of the piano's sonic possibilities and are listed in the most important jazz polls. That's why their summit meeting at Enjoy Jazz inevitably had to have a sequel. Last year, the two recorded their first joint album, again at BASF. Enjoy Jazz will now host the official release concert. And it will take place in the very hall where they first met musically: the BASF Gesellschaftshaus. There is no more beautiful and stylish way to celebrate the significance of European jazz.
