Festival director Rainer Kern and the entire Enjoy Jazz team mourn the loss of Rainer Köhl. A friend of the festival from the very beginning, he and Rainer Kern were close friends and confidants for over two decades. "Rainer Köhl was not only one of the greatest music connoisseurs in our region, his immense respect for music and musicians was unique and could be read in every line of his reviews and reports and thus also learned. Rainer will be greatly missed by everyone - the artists, the art and the audience. We still have to learn to deal with this unspeakably sad news." Enjoy Jazz's thoughts are with Rainer's family and friends.
