Kinga Głyk

In 2016, a mere 19-year-old from our neighboring country Poland caused a sensation - like no jazz musician before her - with unimaginable click numbers for her "Tears in Heaven" video: Kinga Głyk. After that, she was on tour almost continuously - playing small clubs and big festivals, going from being the darling of social media to the darling of concert audiences.

Despite her meteoric rise, Głyk did not lose her grip on the ground, kept and keeps in touch with her fans via Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram, bringing young people closer to her favorite music. Her latest album, "Feelings," released by Warner Music, showcases her subtle and penetrating, nuanced and groovy style, blending blues, funk, soul and jazz and letting her bass tell stories with artistry and nonchalance.
