A classic win-win situation: Rainer Kern gave Erwin Ditzner a blank check over 15 years ago: At his carte blanche evening, the drummer, who has mastered all idioms between rock and free jazz, is allowed to choose a program and simply ignore musical boundaries. In return, the audience is treated to some daring improvisations!
