The Gesellschaft für Innovative Marktforschung (GIM) is one of the ten largest German market research institutes and conducts research in over 60 countries. Since its foundation in 1987, GIM has been owner-managed and currently has over 180 employees at seven locations.
GIM mbH has been an official partner of Enjoy Jazz since 2019. The social and cultural commitment of the Heidelberg market research institute has a long tradition. For example, GIM has been sponsoring the Heidelberg Spring and the exhibition Mut zur Wut for many years.
For Enjoy Jazz, GIM is conducting research to accompany the festival this year. Specifically, answers to the following questions will be determined with the help of a visitor survey: Who are the visitors and where do they come from? What expectations do they have of the festival? How did they become aware of Enjoy Jazz? How do they like the festival and what improvements would they like to see in the future?
The interviews take place before and after the concerts.
